Q1. What have been your greatest successes (physically, mentally or emotionally) since you began? How does your body feel now compared to when you started and WHY?

My body feels so much better since starting CrossFit.  I am stronger in every aspect of my life, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally as well.  CrossFit has helped teach me to fight mediocrity in all areas of my life.

Q2. How has your life changed since starting CrossFit training? Has CrossFit transferred over into any other areas of your life?

My life has gotten significantly better since starting CrossFit.  The discipline and mental toughness that CrossFit taught me has transferred into all areas of my life.

Q3. What are the advantages of CrossFit style training compared to your previous workout styles?

CrossFit builds functional fitness, which is perfect for anyone who wants to use their body for more than just looks.

Q4. What advice can you give to others?

Love the grind and **** mediocrity

Athlete Specific Q. You recently competed in your first Olympic Weightlifting meet along with Kyle, Cole, and Jake. You all ended up on the podium, congrats by the way! But… if you had to rank who looked the best in their wrestling singlet, from first to last how would you rank the four of you?

1) Jake (King Kong singlet…common no brainer)

2) Kyle (that 213 snatch was pretty sexy)

3) Cole

4) Me
