WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

The CrossFit classes are lead by an experienced coach and scheduled as a 60-minute group fitness session. Our intent is to increase all facets of fitness including strength, conditioning, power, endurance, balance, agility and so much more! Every class is unique, as athletes rarely perform the same workout.

Each athlete’s goal is to perform their workout as efficiently, safely and quickly as possible. Technique is the priority, with intensity increasing as movements become more natural. Personal goals of improving our fitness and strength, gaining lean muscle or losing body fat are what bring most athletes in. Athlete’s who “drink to kool-aid” stick with it because they achieve those goals and create friendships and accountability to one another.

  • “Metcon” (Metabolic Conditioning - high-intensity CrossFit workout)
