This program includes teaching fundamental skills and movements essential for any sport. Our team training program is the ideal way for athletes to develop camaraderie as a team, build trust and confidence as a unit, and improve strength and conditioning to elicit high performance levels for competition. We do this by improving on the 10 components of overall fitness:
Prehab
Strength Training
Developed training programming that targets power output in all major planes of motion while ensuring power gained transfers to planes commonly used in athlete's sport.
Conditioning
There are 3 major energy pathways utilized in all sports. We target specific pathways related to an athlete's sport to increase
Teams and Athletes have consistently found that training at CrossFit DNR, has improved their strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance. Building on and enhancing these areas will translate directly into enhanced athlete performance in his or her sport. We also provide a unique energy driven atmosphere making the time spent with us that much more fun. Each class is instructed by an experienced Coach who is trained and certified to work with all ages of athletes from youth through adults. Programs are developed with the participants’ sport, age, ability, and team goals in mind. Classes generally include both a strength and conditioning portion. We pride ourselves on teaching safe movement mechanics and require athletes to demonstrate proper technique before significant load and intensity is added. The ability to train as a team is incredibly important for building cohesion and trust between individual players. Individual athletes can also take advantage of our Sports Strength and Conditioning programs through our Personal Training Programs.
CrossFit DNR has had the privilege of working with the Northern Colorado Spartans Arena Football, Junior A Eagle’s Hockey Team, CSU Crew Team, CSU Women’s Hockey, CSU Logging Team as well as individual CSU Football, Basketball, Softball and Track athletes, high level CF athletes and Olympic lifting athletes, Poudre High School Football and Wrestling, NoCo Diving Team, Poudre District Swim and Diving Team! We work to improve both in-season and off-season strength, speed and power, injury prehab and rehab, as well as nutrition. And we look forward to working with your team next!
