Personal training – Individual sessions and packages available. Personal training is effective in so many ways. It can become your main focus of training or be implemented with CrossFit. Sharing your personal goals with an experienced coach creates more accountability inside and outside the gym. Our coaches are experienced with general fitness & weight loss, CrossFit competition prep, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, Bodybuilding prep, endurance event prep, sports specific training and speed and agility. Whatever you are trying to prepare for, we have a coach to help you.
Are there specific CrossFit movements that you lack proper technique or strength to achieve? One on one sessions are the perfect place to work those weaknesses while continuing to train in the CrossFit classes.
Personal Programs: If you don’t have a lot of time to spend with a coach, we can write a program to be implemented with your CrossFit training. Exercise program costs vary from athlete to athlete depending on the depth of the program, the typical program cost is ~$110.
Coach Ana is an experienced CrossFit athlete with a Masters in progress at CSU. Her experience with CrossFit and knowledge from anything Keto to Paleo and all other diets gives her a better insight to perform the high-intensity workouts of CrossFit while properly fueling your body in pursuit of your goals.
