New athletes have the option to begin in a group setting “Fundamentals Class” or through the “Independence” personal training classes. The purpose of both options is to prepare new athletes to competently join the CrossFit Classes and become acclimated for the high-intensity workouts. Each workout in this class will challenge new athletes and create appropriate soreness.

This group class consists of 9 sessions. The first 60 minute session focuses on body weight movements and over the 3 week course athletes are introduced to more advanced lifts and gymnastics exercises. At the end of the course athletes will be ready to join CrossFit classes, knowing how to approach each workout confidently. The Liberty Course begins the first Monday of each month (excluding holiday conflicts). Classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at either 7:45 a.m or 7:20 p.m
This fundamentals class is designed specifically for the individual athlete. For beginner or intermediate lifters / CrossFitters we begin with an assessment of all movements and write a program specific to what that athlete needs to learn or improve upon. This course typically takes 1-5 sessions depending on the athlete’s experience. All sessions are scheduled with your coach and athletes can begin at any time.
