One member is Pushing the sled, one member performs 12 BJO and one member is holding a bar at the top of the DL. Rotate to the next station once everyone has completed there movements. You Can Only perform sled push and BJO If The Bar Is Off The Ground In An Athletes Hands. If the Bar touches the ground you must stop moving.
