Down & Back Samson
Down Inchworms
Back Crab Walk
15 Air Squats
15/12 Cal Bike or Ski

Partner Metcon: 30 Mins
“My Fingers Hurt”
2 Rounds In Teams of 3:
3 Min AMRAP: Sled Push – 50′ at a time
3 Min AMRAP: Ski Erg
3 Min AMRAP: Power Snatch 135/95
3 Min AMRAP: Bike
3 Min AMRAP: Bench Press 135/95
*Only 1 athlete works at a time. Rotate as desired.
**Stage bikes, barbells, benches. Athletes should rotate to each set station and adjust weights when they get there as needed. Stager teams at different stations.
