Mobility: 
Mobility Between Strength Sets

Strength: 16 mins
Snatch 8 Mins to find a
8 Rep Max
Then 8 Mins to do
8 Reps @ 75% 8RM
8 Reps @ 70% 8RM

Home WOD: 24 Min Cap
Kettlebell “DT”
Every 90 seconds x 12 Rounds
Complete a Full Round of “DT” on Right arm
12 Single Arm KB Split Stance 53/35 (Front Foot will be opposite to the hand your holding the KB with)
9 Single Arm Hang Power Cleans
6 Single Arm Shoulder To Over Head

Then with the remaining time:
AMRAP Burpee

Rest 30 Secs

Then switch arms and perform a full round of “DT” on Left arm. Switch arms every round.
Your SCORE is the total amount of BURPEES you complete over the 12 rounds.
