Then

5 Clean High Pulls
5 High Hang Power Clean

Strength: 20 Mins 
3 Position Clean (Squat Clean + Low Hang Sq Clean + Mid Hang Sq Clean = 1 rep)
3×3 at 70, 75 & 80%
60 sec rest between sets
