Attention all Pounds for Pups teams and max out sesh lovers: Coach Blake is going to have a practice and strategy day to get ready for the event on Saturday, July 8 during the 11am open gym time. This will be a time to take a test run at your lifts and strategize for which member should do what lifts. Also, we will be running the practice like the event so if you are not used to getting to a true heavy single in 10 to 15 minutes, this is a good time to figure out the jumps you will need. PLEASE consider joining us for this run through. This is open to all Pounds for Pups teams AND anyone who wants to max out their power clean, bench press, back squat and/or deadlift!
