Strength: 20 Mins
10 Min to warm up to 70% +5lbs
Every 2 Min x 10 Mins
3 reps @ 70% + 5lbs

Metcon: 15 Min Cap
Versus Workout:
50 Dips
50 Back Squats 185/135 Scaled 135/95

Row 250 M 

*Partner 1 Completes As many Dips as possible while partner 2 rows 250 M, after which rotate until all bench press then all Back Squats are complete. The athlete to finish last must finish out all reps*
