6 Rounds You Go, I Go. Complete a full round before switching
50 M Sled (25m down 25m back)
50 M Sled (25m down 25m back)
100 M Sprint (50m down 50m back)
Then
75 D-Ball Or Heavy Med-Ball Ground To Shoulder (split reps equally)
50 Synchro Burpees
75 D-Ball Or Heavy Med-Ball Ground To Shoulder (split reps equally)
Then
6 Rounds You Go, I Go. Complete a full round before switching
50 M Sled (25m down 25m back)
50 M Sled (25m down 25m back)
100 M Sprint (50m down 50m back)
Flow of the workout is waterfall style:
Athlete “A” Perform a full round, while athlete “A” is on the 100m Run Athlete “B” will start the sled push.
and so on until each athlete has completed 2 full rounds.
Then the team will move on to the 75 D-ball/Med-ball/Sand-ball part one time through
And Finishing on the last part which will flow just like the start of the workout.
