If you haven’t had the chance to meet Chris Dunn then you are missing out! Chris, his wife Susan and two of their kids; Ren and Aaron have been part of the gym for over a year now (started Feb 2021). Chris typically goes to the 5:30am class… so yeah he is one of those people that thinks it to be a great idea to do fitness before most are awake haha. Here is story and why he is asking for our help.
We’re cycling toward a world free of MS.
We’ve formed a team for Bike MS.
As the team leader, I have had MS for 20 years. Before MS, I was able to bike and run long distances. For a multitude of reasons, I have tried to keep my diagnosis hidden. I can no longer keep it hidden as I now use a cane to walk long distances. My goal now is to remain as active as possible for long as I can. This race is my push to try and gain back some of my mobility through my commitment to training.
