15 Banded Glute Bridges
10 Banded Air Squats
10 Hang Power Cleans
Then:
1:30 / Side LAX Roll Glutes

Strength: 18 Mins
3 x Superset
7 Front Squats @ 60%
13 Back Squats
*Perform both sets back to back with as little rest as possible

Metcon: 12 Mins
Every 3:00 x 4 Rounds
8 Hang Power Clean & Jerks 115/75
20 Wallballs 20/14
*Aim for at least 1:00 rest between each round
