The 2016 CrossFit Open begins today! The live announcement of 16.1 will be at 6:00pm tonight. We will be hosting a Saturday Night Lights event for our 78 REGISTERED OPEN ATHLETES, a gym record! The event will take place every Saturday from 4-6pm for the next 5 weeks. If you’re not competing, still join us at the gym to cheer on your friends, family and fellow crossfitters! OPEN ATHLETES: please make sure to sign up for the 4-6pm time slot on MindBody Online.
If you can’t make it to Saturday Night Lights, make sure to get a peer to judge you during an open gym time between Thursday at 6pm and Monday at 5pm!
We will not be programming the Open WOD into our regular classes. If you want to compete and haven’t signed up, you have until Monday to sign up at games.crossfit.com!
