Freedom WOD Classes

Warm Up: 10 mins
2 Rounds:
10 Banded Pass throughs
10 Banded Pull Aparts
10 Anchor Point T-2-B
10 Bench Press
Then: 2:00 / Side LAX Roll Chest & Shoulder

Strength: 15 Mins 
Bench Press 3 sets
11 Rep @ 60-65% of 1RM from week 1

Metcon: 15 Mins
15 Min AMRAP – Teams of 3:
10 Bench Press 135/95 scaled 95/65
10/7 Cal Row
10 T2B
Each athlete starts at a different station. Rotate when all athletes complete all of their reps. ONE Rower Per Team!
