Core Strength: 8 Mins
4 Round Rotating Tabata :20/:10
Alternating V-Ups or Tuck Ups – Video
Side Plank Hip Lifts (alternate sides each round)
Plank Hold
Immediately Into:
2 Min AMRAP Sit Ups

Mobility: 8 Mins
1:00 Up Dog
1:30 Wall Split
1:30 Butterfly
1:30 / Side Couch Stretch

Metcon: 12 Min Cap
3 Rounds For Time:
15 Front Squats 135/95
15 HSPU
*3 Burpees EMOM starting at 3-2-1-Go
