1)Strict Handstand Push-ups

40% of Max Unbroken Strict Handstand Push-ups
30% of Max Unbroken Strict Handstand Push-ups
20% of Max Unbroken Strict Handstand Push-ups
*Rest as little as needed between unbroken sets,
and rest 2:00 between rounds.
