Perform mobility between strength sets
Roll out Hams and Gluts

Strength: 12-15 Mins
Deadlift **90%  + 10 LBS** of your 1RM to calculate load
70% X 3
80% X 3
90% X 3+

that weight, with the goal of setting a rep record in each workout.

Starting with min 0:00 perform 4 lat bar over burpees and ever min on the min until the 5 rounds has been complete.

Can sub the barbell with DB(s). If working with a single DB perform 6 DL, 4 HCl, and 3 Push Press on the right side then do the same on the Left side to complete 1 Round.
