This beautiful human deserves a shoutout! Mr. Joseph Burns is a DNR veteran and Army veteran! He’s been with us since September of 2015!

1:00 / Side Pigeon Stretch

Strength: 10 Mins
10 Min EMOM
1 Back Squat
*Start around 60% and build to roughly 90%

Metcon: 14 Mins
14 Min EMOM
Min 1: 4 Power Snatch 115/75 + 6 Lateral Bar Over Burpees
Min 2: 6 Power Cleans 115/75 + 6 Lateral Bar Over Burpees
Min 3: Rest
*Modify weights to maintain unbroken to complete your snatch or clean reps within 20 seconds. Modify to normal burpees or change rep scheme as needed to keep pace and stay on track with each minute.
