2018 CrossFit DNR open shirts and tanks are available to order starting today! Shirts are unisex and available in an orange shirt with grey/white text or Dark Grey Heather shirt with orange/white text. Ladies muscle tanks are available in dark grey heather with orange/white text. There is not an orange tank option. Shirts must be paid for prior to February 9th. No extra shirts will be ordered so be sure to reserve yours today! There is a sign up sheet at the front desk.

Press in Clean (Sots Press) x 5 reps

Followed by…

Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
Clean Grip Snatch x 3 reps

(Build in weight if your mobility allows you to get into a comfortable position at the bottom. If flexibility is an issue, stick with an empty barbell & go as low as you can safely go.)

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
Hang Snatch x 1 rep

*Sets 1-2 – @ 70%
*Sets 3-4 – @ 75%
*Sets 5-6 – @ 80%
*Sets 7-8 – @ 85%
*Sets 9-10 – @ 90%

C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 5 minutes (5 sets):
Clean & Jerk

*Set 1 – 1 rep @ 75%
*Set 2 – 1 rep @ 80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90-95%

Immediately followed by…

Every 45 seconds, for 3 minutes (4 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 80%

Every 2:30, for 7:30 (3 sets):
Barbell Lunges x 6 reps each leg

Build over the course of the 3 sets.
