Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:

22 Synchro Box Jump 24/20
44 Handstand Push Ups
Then move right into:
2 Rounds
22 Synchro Thrusters 95/65
44 T-2-B
On the 3..2..1. Go both athletes will work at the same time in unionist to complete 22 Box jumps.
Once the box jumps are completed athletes will take turns performing HSPU.
Only one athlete can work at a time for HSPU as a you go I go style splitting reps equally.
After two rounds are complete the athletes will move on to Synchro Thrusters performed just like the box
Jumps. Then move to the T-2-B, Splitting reps equally like the HSPUs.
