Independence Fundamentals Class

The CrossFit DNR Independence Fundamentals Class is comprised of three 60 minute 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 personal training sessions in which we will perform a fitness assessment and consultation to determine areas of performance, movements, mechanics and or skills that are lacking and require improvement. Either the Liberty Fundamentals or the Independence Fundamentals Class are required to gain access and eligible to participate in CrossFit DNR Group CrossFit Class “Freedom”.

During each session attendees:

    • Identify (and begin to rectify) any deficiencies in strength or mobility that could prohibit them from properly performing the movements
    • Learn to perform a series of movements commonly used in CrossFit DNR Group Training Program “Freedom”
    • Program Curriculum is tailored to your specific needs
