This 35 minute high intensity class is CF DNRs version of a bootcamp class. We take the methodology of CrossFit and pack it into a constantly varied class excluding barbells and complex movements. This is intended to allow athletes of all levels to begin training immediately and bypass our three week Liberty fundamentals course.
This class will keep you moving from the time you come in, to the time you leave. It includes 35 minutes of nonstop action with technique and alternative movements for scaling options. The workout will vary for every class, while including:
- Functional warm up
- Technique and movement review
- High intensity workout
