60 Minute group setting classes or personal training sessions intended to prepare beginner and intermediate CrossFit athletes for our regular CF classes. 40+ minutes of each class are set aside to teach new movements and finish with a beginner level workout to practice new techniques.

You must be a resident and have a local address in Fort Collins. Offer valid for new members only! Parent or guardian must be present to sign waiver for anyone under the age of 18 years of age. Can note be combined with any other offers or discounts.
