60-minute classes that combine cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, and core training for a full body workout. The workout is lead by an experienced coach in a group setting. Athletes rarely perform the same workout, keeping your exercise program constantly varied.

You will rarely do the same workout twice and each class lasts about an hour.
