Hello all, Chase is the name they (my parents) gave me and I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. After contacting CrossFit DNR about potentially interning with the gym I decided it would be in my best interest to get my CFL1 and give this coaching thing a go. Taking that step has been one of the best decisions of my life along with joining the DNR family. I enjoy coming into the gym everyday and pushing the members and helping them improve their lives on a daily basis. There is no better feeling than seeing an athlete hit a PR and the joy in their eyes while doing it. I can’t forget to mention the awesome pleasure it is to meet and get to know all the DNR hooligans. The community at DNR is truly one of a kind.
When it comes to CrossFit for me, gymnastics and bodyweight are my jam but I always enjoy throwing a barbell and some weight around as well. I will admit that I do dread wall-balls, rowing, and the assault bike since I’m a wee little 5’5.
Outside of CrossFit you can find me enjoying time with my lovely girlfriend, riding a trail, or just being outside enjoying all that Fort Collins has to offer.
I pride myself on positivity and sharing that with everyone I interact with. I’ve learned that just a smile and wave can do much more than you ever imagined.
