Brother Bro’s Barbell Club is a USAW sanctioned barbell club, with four USAW Level 1 Club Coaches.
If you are looking to improve your Olympic Lifts – no matter what your current level is – our 3 days per week training program is made for you.
You will improve your weightlifting technique and become more efficient – leading to new PRs!
The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program, or used as a stand-alone program. You will also have access to our 4 USAW Level 1 Club Coaches, who can answer questions, correct your technique and form.
3 days/week programming by Jared Enderton (sessions are approximately 75 minutes each), athletes utilize Open Gym to complete programing.
