The CrossFit DNR Liberty Fundamentals class curriculum is comprised of nine, 60-minute classes, spread out over a three-week period. The course typically begins on the first Monday of each month (see 2016 start dates below). Each unique class introduces a small group of attendees (up to 12) to a different series of movements, exercises, and/or skills employed by CrossFit DNR programing. Upon completion of the 9th class, attendees are eligible to participate in the CrossFit Class “Freedom.”
Athletes who miss a Liberty class may not participate in the Freedom class until the missed class is made up. To make up the class you must schedule a time outside of the normal class schedule with one of the Crossfit DNR coaches. A $15.00 fee will be applied for each Liberty make up session.
