AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT & RENEWAL – Your membership is set to auto renew on a monthly basis via automatic credit card charge. That means that one-month from the date of purchase you will be billed for the next month’s membership. The same applies for 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month commitment contracts. At the completion of your 3, 6, or 12-month commitment contract, you will enter a new contract unless we are notified in ADVANCE of your renewal day. It is your responsibility to manage your membership and know when the renewal day is.

CHANGE OR CANCEL MEMBERSHIP – This can be done at anytime. To make a change or cancel your membership, please notify us via email at info@crossfitdnr.com, in writing, at least 7 days prior to the following renewal date. No other types of requests (phone calls, in person conversations, etc.) will be honored. This does not mean notify us the day before, the day of or the day after. Please make it your job to know when your membership renewal date is. Note: Once a payment has been charged to your credit card, we will not refund it.

CARRY OVER CLASSES – If you go on vacation or will be away on business and will not be able to attend the number of classes you normally do, please adjust your schedule accordingly or figure out which of our monthly class offerings will fit your schedule best (10 punch pass or 5 punch pass). We do not credit or carry over classes to the next month. Use it or lose it. We absolutely do not give refunds if you do not use your membership in its entirety.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS – You can put your Auto payment on hold for one month increments. We require 7 days notice prior to your bill date to put your membership on hold. Hold requests must be emailed to info@crossfitdnr.com No other types of requests (phone calls, in person conversations, etc.) will be honored.

PAY IN FULL PACKAGES – If you’re not sure what your schedule will be, please purchase a Punch card instead of a monthly membership. This doesn’t mean you can place a membership on hold in the middle of a month due to vacation, see above carry over classes clause. This will only stop the next month from being billed. Discounts are offered for three (3), six (6) and twelve (12) month pay in full. Because you are receiving a discount for paying in full there is no canceling the membership of refunds. We offer a discount in exchange for you commitment to a certain time period. Failure to utilize your membership does not entitle you to a refund, for any reason.

PAY IN FULL PACKAGES HOLD – You may put your pay in full on hold for a minimum of one month and a max of one month. We require 7 days written notice via email prior to the date at witch the hold needs to start.

DISCOUNTS – Only one (1) discount can be applied to a person. There is no discount stacking.

REFUNDS – All memberships, contracts/pay in full packages, punch passes and private training sessions are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non- transferrable. Just like plane tickets.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we want.

GUARANTEES – We never make guarantees or warranties of any kind. Your progress is controlled 100% by your actions. Results are not guaranteed, they are earned.
