My favorite aspect of CrossFit training is Gymnastics with Olympic Lifting taking a close second. Through my experiences with other gyms I have found that CrossFit is the best way to keep clients motivated to workout. You don’t feel like you are “grinding” it out in the gym everyday, and as a trainer that makes everything fall into place a little easier. I will help you exceed expectations but I expect you to give me your best effort everyday.
